WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 767, dated 12 September, 1966 the
City of Port Orchard authorized certain construction, repair
and maintenance work to be performed by equipment and personnll
of Kitsap County Road District No. 2, and
WHEREAS, there are certain (MAW City) streets hereinafter
enumerated, in the (City) of PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
which are in need of (construction) o-wit:
POTTERY AVENUE FROM MAY STREET SOUTH TO SOUTH END
OF CEDAR HEIGHTS JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (ABOUT 3000°)
and
WHEREAS, the county :ias agreed to perform said work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE (CITY)
COUNCIL OF THE QWNK (CITY) OP PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
That the agreement, copy of which is attached hereto,, by
and between the County of KITSAP and the

(City) of PORT ORCHARD, WASH for work onthe above -noted streets,
be and the same is hereby approved.
