WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 767, dated 12 September, 1966 the
City of Port Orchard authorized certain construction, repair
and maintenance work to be performed by equipment and personnel
of-Kitsap County Road District No. 2, and

WHEREAS, there are certain ( ) City) streets hereinafter

enumerated, in thej4 (City) of PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
which are in need of 6aaaeftuabdmoc& (maintenance) (mac, to -wit:
Painting center and other required traffic stripes on
Sindey Ave., Mithcell Ave., Bay St, Kitsap Street
and various other arterial streets. County to fur-
