RESOLUTION NO. loss
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, Washington, approving a map setting forth
the property necessary to be acquired for the proposed
Pottery Hill Boulevard as prepared by Hammond, Collier
& Wade, Consulting Engineers, and directing that the
said property be acquired by negotiation.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard
as follows:
1. That the map prepared by Hammond, Collier & Wade, Consulting
Engineers, setting forth and delineating the real property necessary to be
acquired for the right-of-way of the proposed Pottery Hill Boulevard, and
identified as Sheets 1 through 4, City of Port Orchard Pottery Hill Boulevard
Right -of -Way Plan, dated March, 1969, is hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the aforesaid map
with the Kitsap County Auditor, so that the same may be of record for future
acquisition.
3. The land acquisition agent, Dean Corliss, is directed to commence
negotiation with the property owners for the acquisition of the necessary rights -
of -way, as set forth on the map, and he is directed to offer as just compensation
.the amounts for each parcel as determined by the appraiser, E . Jenks Beard.

day of May, 1969.
