A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL PERMIT TO THE
PRESENT HOLDER OF THE GARBAGE CONTRACT
TO OPERATE A COMBINATION OF A PICKUP
TRUCK AND TWO TRAILERS ON CITY STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Washington as follows:
That the present holder of the garbage contract in
this City, J. & F Buccaneer Refuse Service, J. J. Griffiths, Proprietor,
Is hereby authorized to operate a combination of a pickup truck of not
less than 3/4 ton (8000 lbs. gross Weight) and two trailers on City Streets
in connection with the carrying out of his contract duties, and the City
Clerk is ordered to issue a special permit in accordance herewith as provided
in R. C. W 46,44,090,
