RESOLUTION NO. 1085
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCHARD AMENDING THE 1969 BUDGET BY CREATING
A NEW CLASSIFICATION WITHIN THE ARTERIAL STREET
FUND AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN
THAT FUND.
WHEREAS a need has arisen for the availability of a
classification of expenditures within the Arterial Street Fund not
anticipated at time of approval of the budget,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Port Orchard as follows:
1. That there is established a classification within the
Arterial Street Fund designated "Maintenance and Operation, Physical
Maintenance, Roads and Bridges (AS I-1,A),
2. That the City Clerk is authorized to transfer the sum of
$10,100.00 within Arterial Street Fund, from Construction (II-1) to
Maintenance and Operation, Physical Maintenance Operation, Roads and
Bridges (I.1.A)
