A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DESIGNATING THE CITY
CLERK AS PURCHASING AGENT FOR THE CITY,
AND AUTHORIZING HIM TO SIGN AND EXECUTE
CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND CORRESPONDENCE. I
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCHARD as follows:
1. That the City Clerk is hereby designated as purchasing agent
for the City of Port Orchard.
2. That the City Clerk is authorized to execute requests for
performance bonds, vouchers involving disbursement of funds, routine
purchase orders, and routine correspondence in behalf of the City..
