A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCHARD AMENDING THE 1969 BUDGET BY
CREATING A NEW CLASSIFICATION WITHIN THE
STREET FUND AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS WITHIN THAT FUND, AND AUTHORIZING THE
LOAN OF FUNDS FROM SEWER FUND TO WATER FUND.
WHEREAS, a need has arisen to effect certain budgetary
transfers of funds, and to establish a budget classification not
anticipated at time of approval of the budget.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
is authorized and directed to effect a transfer loan to Water Fund
from Sewer Fund in the amount of $3,000.00
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
and directed to establish a classification within the Street Fund
budget, designated, „Construction".
IT IS FURTHER HSSOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
and directed to appropriate sum of $2,000.00 to Street Fund, Construction,
from Street Fund, Maintenance and Operation.
