RESOLUTION NO. 1091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD ESTAB-
LISHING A SCHEDULE OF EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES
TO BE CHARGED FOR VARIOUS ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT
OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable that a schedule of Public Works
Equipment Rental Rates be formally established to be used to
determine charges for various items of equipment of the City
when such equipment is utilized by other Departments of the
City, or rented to other government agencies,
NOW THEREFORE be it and it is hereby resolved that the following
schedule of equipment rental rates for City of Port Orchard
Public Works Department equipment will prevail, all rates
understood to be without operator or other labor:
