A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard designating
Leslie Knobbs, City Engineer, as authorized repre-
sentative for the city with regard to dealings with
the Department of Housing and Urban Development -
Project WS-Wash-29.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard as follows:
That the previous designation of T. A. Hollenbeck as
authorized representative of the City of Port Orchard to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development with regard to Pro-
ject No. WS-Wash-29, is hereby rescinded, and Leslie C. Knobbs,
City Engineer, is hereby designated as the.authorized rep-
resentative of the City of Port Orchard with regard to said
project in his place and stead.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 22nd day of December, 1969.
