RESOLUTION NO. 1056
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
THAT the Cleric of the City of Port Orchard, Washington be and
hereby is authorized to appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 from Water
Fund, Contingency Reserve Account (W-80) to Water Fund, Capital Outlay
Extensions and Betterments (W-60.1), for the necessary expenditures
directly effected by the acquisition of a portion of the Annapolis
Water District, with said account to be reimbursed from sale of
Revenue Bonds by the City before 12/31/68.
