RESOLUTION NO. -10_0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD. WASH-
INGTON, DESIGNATING ITS MAYOR, N. J. REPANICH, AS
ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO NEGOTIATE WITH
AND SIGN AND AUTHENTICATE DOCUMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
WATER POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION, AND THE
FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard, Washington, is in the process
of making application for loans or grants from the Federal Water Pollution
Control Commission, through the State of Washington Water Pollution Con-
trol Commission, for assistance in the construction of an interceptor sewer
to serve the westerly and southerly portions of the City of Port Orchard,
and it is necessary to designate a representative of the City of Port Orchard
to enter into any necessary documents relating thereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard
as follows:
1. That the mayor of the City of Port Orchard, N. J. Repanich,
be, and hereby is, authorized to negotiate with an _l to sign and authenticate
such documents as are necessary in any transactions between the City of
Port. Orchard, Washington, the State of Washington Water Pollution Control
Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Commission.
