A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, CON-
CURRING IN AND SUPPORTING THE BOND LEVY
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE KITSAP COUNTY
COURTHOUSE, AS IT WILL APPEAR ON THE
SEPTEMBER 17 BALLOT.
WHEREAS, it has been demonstrated to the satisfaction
of the City Council of the City bf Port Orchard that a grew':_ teed exis's j
for the improvement of the Kitsap County Courthouse building and T,:,,��.;?e
L;c::Ler to provide adequate facilities for the courts and for the administration
of the several County offices; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, Washington, that it does hereby express its approval and supportof
the bond levy for the improvement of the Kitsap County Courthouse as it will
appear on the September 17, 1968 ballot, and all citizens of the City of
Port Orchard are likewise encouraged to vote favorably on this proposition,
PASSED by the City Council this 9th day of September, 1968,
