BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
THAT the Clerk of the City of Port Orchard, Washington Abe and
hereby is authorized to transfer the sum of $16,426.00 from Watier Fund
Contingency Reserve to Capital Outlay (Extensions, Betterments & Equip-
ment $10,908.06) and to Maintenance and Operation (Materials & Supplies
& Other Expenses, S5,517.94; and to appropriate from revenue in'excess
of budgeted amount, $1,336.09 to Maintenance & Operation and $3,000 to
Salaries and Wages.
ALSO, he be further authorized to appropriate revenues in
excess of budgeted amount in Current Expense Fund, the sum of $24,085.26,

which is to be distributed as follows: Police Department, Salaries &
Wages $3,740,00, Capital Outlay (Equipment) to purchase & equip new
police patrol car & radio equipment for new police quarters, $3,245.26
to General Government, Capital Outlay (City Hall Improvements & Equipment),
the sum of $18,000.00.
