A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AUTHO-
RIZING THE MAYOR THEREOF TO ACCEPT AND
AUTHENTICATE GRANT AGREEMENTS AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS OF THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL COMMISSION RELATIVE TO INTERCEPTOR
SEWERAGE CONSTRUCTION IN PORT ORCHARD.
The City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington,
do hereby resolve as follows:
That the Mayor of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, i
hereby authorized to accept and to authenticate grant agreements and
other documents as required by the Federal Water Pollution Control
Commission relative to interceptor sewerage construction in Port
Orchard.
