WI-iEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. in-1 of the City of
a'ri Orchard�foyd W. Granquist and Walter F. Granquist, co-partners
`' s '_ova Porrchard Garbage Service, have been given and granted a
�l ranchi� for a period of five vears as the sole garbage collector for the
City f Port Orchard in accordance with the terms of Ordinance No. 647;
Aand,
WHEREAS, due to increased costs of operation, and the smaller
margin of profit being earned by the Port Orchard_ G-9,7�bage Service, the
garbage rates should be revised; and �.
WHEREAS, a hearing has been. held b\ The Cite Council of the
City of Port Orchard oa--March 27, 1967, after notice given in the Port
Orchard Independeni, and a change in the rates of garbage and refuse
service was a-Uthorized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED by
the Council of the City of Port Orchard that until further resolution of the
Council the rates of garbage and refuse service shall be as follows:
