THIS PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, a comprehensive sewer plan for all of Kitsap County
is presently being considered and formulated by 01C cooperation of the
various municipal corporations concerned within Kitsap C'otinty; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port O L-chard has been a,,;%ed to be one of
the participating agencies in the development of the said Kitsap County
comprehensive sewer plan, and a sum of Thr(,�• 1 lundred ($300. 00) 1 `olla rs
tras been requested as a cash contribution rowzirt-1 :his purpose; Now, Therefore,
BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOL:VrI) by the Cit\ Council of the
City of Port Orchard that the City of Port Orchard shall pur-ticipae in !he
development of a comprehensive sewer- plan for Kitsap County, and that a
sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars is committed to be paid by the
City of Port Orchard for this purpose.
