1035 - Resolution - Invest Funds in Savings AccountRESOLUTION NO.1035
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
That, the Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and shed s
hereby authorized to invest such of the City of Port Orchard funds as she
may deem advisable from time to time in the savings accounts of Tacoma
Savings & Loan Association, Port Orchard Branch; and that Lorraine Carraway
Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard, Washington is hereby authorized to
assign, withdraw, receipt for or otherwise handle such accounts with said
association and in connection therewith, to execute in the name of the
City of Port Orchard any and all papers or documents necessary or required
for the purposes aforesaid.
