RESOLUTION v0_ 1
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Kitsap
County have elected to put the whole county under the Justice
Court Districting Act as codified in R.C.W. Chapters 3.30 through
3 . I and
WHEREAS, the Justice Court Districting Co..mittee has
drafted a plat: dated September 27, 1966, under which the City of
Port Orchard. can be served by two full-time Justices of the Peace
and its own Violations Bureau, and
WHEREAS, it is our belief that the best interests of
the City of Port Orchard will be served. by the county wide district
rather than its own Municipal Court,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE` that the Citv of Port
Orchard accept the proposed Justice Court Districting Plan dated.
September 27, 1966, and the recommendations of the Kitsap County
Justice Court Districting Committee.
