A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK AS THE
AUDITING OFFICER FOR THE AUDITING OF ALL CLAIMS
PRESENTED AGAINST THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD BY
PERSONS FURNISHING MATERIALS, RENDERING SERVICES
OR PERFORMING LABOR, OR FOR ANY OTHER CONTRACTUAL
PURPOSE.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard as follows:
1. That the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard be, and he hereby
is, designated as the auditing officer for the City of Port Orchard, and he is
hereby required to audit all claims presented against the City of Port Orchard by
persons furnishing materials, rendering services or performing labor, or for
any other contractual purpose before the same shall be allowed to be paid, the
said appointment to be effective from and after June 1, 1965.
