BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
That the Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard, Washington
be and hereby is directed to make the following transfer loan with
interest to be computed at the rate of 12% per annum:
From Current Expense Fund to Street Fund, the sum of $5,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk be and hereby is
authorized to appropriate the $5,000 transfer loan from Current Ex-
pense Fund to Street Fund in Maintenance & Operation classification,
Equipment Rental Account.
