A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD FIXING
THE AMOUNT OF BODILY INJURY LIABILITY INSURANCE
TO BE CARRIED BY NORTHWEST COMMUNITY CABLE T V
COMPANY, INC., UNDER SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 747
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard
as follows:
That Northwest Community Cable T V Company, Inc., licensee
under Ordinance No. 747, is hereby required to carry bodily injury liability
insurance with limits of $100, 000. 00 each person and $500, 000, 00 aggregate,
and property damage liability insurance with limits of $100, 000.00 for each
accident pursuant to Section 8 of Ordinance No. 747, said limits to remain
in effect until modified. or for the duration of the franchise, in the event said
limits are not modified.
