1015 - Resolution - Transfer of FundsRESOLUTION NO 101 a
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
That the Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and
hereby is authorized to transfer the balance of the Sewer Construction Fund
to Sewer Bond Redemption Fund as follows: Principal and Interest Account,
$-,$i4r§-i and Reserve Account, $10,380: and $8,538.60 from Water Con-
struction Fund to Water Bond Redemption as follows: 1961 Bond Redemption
Reserve Account, $2,400.00, 1963 Water Bond redemption Fund, Principal and
Interest Account, $3,788.60 and 1963 Water Bond Redemption Fund, Reserve
Account, $2,350.00.
Be it further resolved that the Clerk be authorized to
appropriate the 1963 unbudgeted Park Fund balance in the amount of $1,791.48
for Park Fund purposes in the following budget classifications: Employee
Benefits, $50.00; Material "and Supplies, $400.00; Other Expenses, $300.00;
and Capital Outlay, $1,041.48 (Playfields, $541.48 and Buildings $500.00)
Be it further resolved that the Clerk be authorized to
appropriate the 1963 unbudgeted Water Fund balance in the amount of $5,040.09
for Water Fund purposes in the following budget classification: Capital Outlay,
Construction Expenditures.
