BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
WHEREAS, an emergency exists in that it was unforseen that
$4,717.36 would be required for advances to Park Fund for purchase
of a parcel of land and operating expenses, these expenditures being
unforseen at the time of adopting the budget for the year 1963 by
the Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, and insufficient
funds were appropriated therefor from the Park Fund of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of Port Orchard that an appropriation in
the amount of $4,717.36 be made to the Park Fund .
