1008 - Resolution - Kitsap County Civil Defense CouncilWHEREAS, all of the municipalities, the fire protection
districts, and Kitsap County have adopted legislation creating the
t9Kitsap County Civil Defense Councils'; and
WHEREAS, it is for the best interest of the citizens of
the City of Port Orchard that the City of Port Orchard bea member
of the "Kitsap County Civil Defense Councils; and
WHEREAS, Kitsap County Civil Defense Council has adopted
Resolution No. 2-62 adopting by-laws for the government of the
said-Kitsap County Civil Defense Council, which have been examined
and are satisfactory to the City Council of the City of Port Orchard;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Port Orchard that Resolution No. 2-62 of Kitsap County
Civil Defense Council be, and the same hereby is, approved and
ratified for 'the: -City of Port Orchard.
