WHEMAS purmaut.to the requirements of Chapter 195 of the 1961
$fission Laws of the State of Washington, the City of Port Orchard did
prepare a comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years, AND,
WHEREAS pursuant further to said law, the City Council of
the City of Port Orchard being the legislative body of .aaid City did
hold a public hearing on said comprehensive plan at 7:30 o'clock p.m.,
at the City Ball in Port OrclAard, Washington, on the 26th day of
December, 1961, AND,
WIREREAS, there were no written or oral objections to the
comprehensive plan as prepared by the City of Port Orchard relative to the
street program for the ensuing six years within the Cith of Port Orchard,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RES0LVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
that the comprehensive plan as prepared by the City Engineer for the
City of Port Orchard as submitted to the City Council of the City of
"Port Orchard be and the same is hereby adopted, public hearing being
held on the same on the 26th day of December, 1961, at the hour of 7:30
o'clock p.m., and there being no written or oral objections to said
comprehensive plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of said comprehensive ptreet
program for the ensuing six years together with a copy of this resolution
be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
