U IT RRSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCRM AS FOLLOWS:
That the petition for vacation of the northerly 20 feet of Smith
Street from Cline Street on the east to Nest Street on the west be, and the
same hereby is denied.
Be it further resolved that the City Council does hereby declare
all surveys concerning the aforesaid portion of Smith Street, other than
the original survey, null and void so far as the use made by the City of
Port orchard is concerned.
