BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Port Orch-
ard, Washington, that the following estimated receipts and expenditures
for the year 1938 be adopted, and that a time be fixed for a hearing'
thereof. The proposed budget under the special millage election held
September 11, 1937, authorizing a 7 mill levy in addition to the 15 mill
levy allowed by ,law for the year 1938, is as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Council meet on
Monday, October 4, 1037, at 7:30 p. m. at the Town Hall for the purpose
of making the tax levies for the year 1938 in accordance with the fore-
going estimates, at which time and place any person interested may ap-
pear and be heard in reference to said proposed taxes, and the Clerk shall
give notice of such hearing by publishing the same in accordance with
law.
THUS PASSED by the Town Council of the Town of Port Orchard,
Washington, this 13th day of September, 1937.
