WEREAS, it appearing that the improvement of Black Jack and Po
Creeks by the construction of new wooden bridges, as ordered by Ordin
No, 211 of the Town of Port Orchard, has been completed, and that the
assessment roll for the payment of the cost thereof has been duly pre
and filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town:
THEREFORE, BE IT FSSOLVED by the Town Council of Port Orchard, that
hearing on said assessment roll before this Council be, and the same is
hereby fixed for the lst day of December, 1913, at the hour of 8:00 o'clo
P. M. of said day at the Town Mall in Port Orchard, ashington, and that
the Clerk of said Town be and he is hereby directed to give due notice of
