Mhenas, it is deemed for the best interest of the Town of Port,Orchard
to build d construct a side -walk on the laorth�side of Bay Street, between
the the points hereinbefore mentioned, for the pur-pose of public travel;
�I TTow 'T°.ere fore, -Be it aesolved by the Council of the Tovrn of Port Orchard:
1. Tht it is the intention of the Council -of the Town of Fort Orchard �
to improve Bay Street from the "nest r arE°in of .Dot 1, Block 12, to the 7TeSt
margin of the side -walk in front of Davies' store on lot 4, Block 13, of the (;
Tovrn ?Iat if Sidney, by the construction of a plank side -walk along the 17.11orth
side siderf said Eay Street, between the points above designated. Said side-
vral?I to beof the uniform -�rridth of nine feet and constructed both as to raater-
