TRI-TEC COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
Between
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
This Amendment to the Tri-Tec Communications, Inc. ("Tri-Tec") contract is
made and entered into on this i4th day of October 2014 by and between Tri-Tec and the
City of Port Orchard ("City").
Whereas, on August 12, 2014 Tri-Tec entered into a contract with the City to
install telephone equipment at City Hall; and
Whereas, on October 2, 2014, staff was notified that two licenses were missed
on the original contracted price; and
Whereas, all terms and conditions set forth in the original contract dated
August 21, 2014 between the City and Tri-Tec, shall remain in full force and effect.
NOW, THEREFORE,
It is agreed THAT: The City will buy two licenses (MT5000 Lic System AOI
Events and MT500o Lic System OAI 3rd Pty Call Ctrl) for an amount not to exceed
$520.80, plus applicable tax.
