During a recent service call, our technician noted the following:
CHI s/n 3807 serving the Entire Building
The sensors for the cold water supply and return is not reading properly. We
recommend replacing the cold water sensors for the supply and return for proper
operation of this unit.
Cost of the above: $ 925.00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.
