While on site, our technician noted the following:
EF-6, Exhaust Fan
The exhaust fan motor starter is worn and needs to be replaced. We recommend
replacement of this part in order to prevent unwanted down time to the unit.
Cost of the above: $1,656.00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.
