While performing the regularly scheduled maintenance, our technician noted the
following:
CH-1 s/n 3807 serving the Building
The condenser (outdoor) fan contactors (6 of them) for this unit have burnt and pitted
contacts. In order to prevent costly motor and compressor failure, replacement of the
contactors are recommended.
Cost of the above: $ 1,463 .00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.
