During a recent service call, our technician noted the following:
AHU-2 s/n 957A serving the 2"d Floor
The actuator (damper) motor on this unit has failed. We recommend replacing the
actuator (damper) motor for proper operation.
It is recommended that a spare actuator would remain on site.
Option #1: Cost of the above including `ground freight': $ 2,396.00 plus tart g.-7 1,
Option # 2: Cost of the above including 2"dday air: $ 2,481.00 plus tax 150�4-.+5
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.
