need of cleaning. Boilers need taken apart cleaned and reassembled. Repair heat

While performing the regularly scheduled maintenance, our technician noted the
following:
GP-1 s/n 0636 serving the Kid's Area
The heat exchanger in this unit has holes in it. The unit has been disabled until the
heat exchanger is replaced. Heat exchangers produce carbon monoxide, which will get
into the air stream if holes and cracks are present. This can cause serious health
hazards and liability issues. We highly recommend that the heat exchanger be
replaced as soon as possible.
Cost of the above: $ 2,166.00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.

Fulton B-1 Serial Number 2657 serving the Entire Building
Fulton B-2 Serial Number 2653 serving the Entire Building
These boilers are very dirty. We recommend taking apart the boilers for cleaning then
reassembling and testing the units.
Cost of the above: $1,093.00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed the units will be tested for proper operation.
