While performing the regularly scheduled maintenance, our technician noted the
following:
B-2 s/n 2653 serving the entire Building
There are multiple leaks along the flu on the hot water line elbow that needs to be
repaired.
We recommend re -caulking both flu lines on this unit and test.
Cost of the above: $ 940.00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.
