While on site, our technician noted the following:
AH-1 s/n 042A serving the Ist floor
The indoor blower fan motor on this unit is failing. We recommend replacing the indoor
blower motor and bearings (2), and add wire from the VFD to the motor for proper
operation of this unit.
Cost of the above: $3,302.00 plus tax
CH-1 s/n 3807 serving the whole building
The oil level for the chiller circuits #1 and #2 are not up to factory standards. We
recommend adding oil to both circuits.
Cost of the above: $1,271.00 plus tax
Once the above work has been completed, the units will be tested for proper operation.
If further repairs are necessary, we will contact you.
