Products. MobileGuard shall provide to Customer the below -checked mobile messaging archiving products and
related technical support described below (the "Products").

The MobileGuard Network Operations Center will monitor the Products (and Services provided pursuant to those
Products, as more fully explained in the Terms and Conditions) to ensure proper functioning and to provide
reasonable and appropriate trouble -shooting and responses related to the Services. All technical support shall be
provided pursuant to the MobileGuard Service Level Schedule, which is available at
[http.IldnyurLcom/mobile-uardslal, and as may be updated by MobileGuard from time to time.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin `Cj jU (the "Effective Date") and continue for a period

shall renew for successive one (1) year renewal terms (each, a "Renewal Term"), provided, however, that either
party may provide notice to the other party of its intent not to renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the
then -current term. The Initial Term together with all Renewal Terms shall be the "Term" of this Agreement.
