CITY OF PORT ORCHARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
Grette Associates LLC
THIS AMENDMENT to Contract No. 094-20 ("Amendment") is made effective as of the 31" day
of December, 2022, by and between the City of Port Orchard ("City), a municipal corporation, organized
under the laws of the State of Washington, and GretteAssocrates, a limited liability cornpany organized under
the laws of the State of Washington, located and doing business at 2102 North 30"' Street, Suite A, Tacoma,
YVA 98403 ("Consultant"),
WHEREAS, on December 31, 2020, the City executed a Professional Service Agreement with
Consultant, for the provision of On -call Consulting Services ("Underlying Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, a stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of Contract 094-20 the City desires to extend
the term of the contract for an additional year to ensure on -call consulting services are available for 2023;
and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to memorialize their agreement to so amend the Underlying Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE,
In consideration of the mutual benefits accruing, it is agreed by and between the parties thereto as
Follows:
l . Section 3 of the Underlying Agreement (Contract 094-20) between the parties is amended to extend
the Terms and Conditions of Contract 094-20 for a period of one (l) year.
2. In all other respects, the Underlying Agreement between the parties shall remain in full force and
effect, amended as set forth herein, but only as set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment on the day and year set
forth above.
