CONTRACT AMENDMENT
This CONTRACT AMENDMENT is made and entered into between KITSAP
COUNTY, a municipal corporation, with its principal offices at 614 Division Street, Port
Orchard, Washington 98366, hereinafter "COUNTY", and City of Port Orchard,
hereinafter "CONTRACTOR."
In consideration of the mutual benefits and covenants contained herein, the
parties agree that their Contract, numbered as Kitsap County Contract No. KC-193-01,
and executed on 06/11/01, shall be amended as follows:
Schedule A shall be amended as follows: Two additional licenses, along
with associated maintenance costs per Section 13 and 14 of Contract
Amendment A. Cost for 2 additional licenses is $3,590.00. The additional
maintenance cost will be $3,052.00, per Addendum to Schedule A and
new Schedule B attached.
Except as expressly provided in this Contract Amendment, all other terms
and conditions of the original Contract, and subsequent amendments,
addenda or modifications thereto. remain in full force and effect.
This amendment shall be effective upon execution by the parties.
