004-01 - Waldron/Piper - ContractAGREEMENT The City of Port Orchard does hereby allow the property owner, parcel number 362401-3- 010-2007, located at 2497 Bethel Avenue to install a specific commercial monument sign to be located in the right-of-way, as shown in Exhibit'A', attached. The exact location within the right-of-way for the sign placement shall be approved by the City Engineer. In consideration for this permission, the property owner agrees to the following conditions: 1. The sign shall be constructed as a monument sign, not to exceed 12 ft. in height, 90 sq. ft. in sign face area. 2. The sign shall not adversely affect the motorist sight distance. 3. The sign shall be removed at the owner's expense when future road improvements or other City improvements require it. 4. The owner shall provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the city as an additional insured for any accidents or claims involving the sign. The insurance coverage shall be at least coverage for $500,000 Bodily Injury and $500,000 Property Damage or $1,000,000 Combined Bodily Injury and Property Damage. The Agreement is only for the specific sign as shown in Exhibit 'A'. any change or modification in the sign would require a new agreement. Leslie J.
