This Change Order Authorizesa change of scope of services and requests additional funds. As the
investigation uncovered addit oral areas of concern that need to be addressed and the repairs are
more extensive, we are chang ng the scope of the contract to be for services related to the
investigative work, containme nt, and air quality filtration. Additional money is needed to do so and
will retain the existing contair ment and air filtration through May 12, 2020.
