Addendum No. 1
AFFORDABLE HOUSING SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Addendum No. 1 to the Affordable Housing Services Agreement ("Agreement") is
entered into by and between Kitsap Community Resources, a Washington non-profit social
services agency (hereinafter "KCR"), and the City of Port Orchard, a Washington State municipal
corporation (hereinafter the "City" and collectively the "Parties") is made effective upon mutual
execution.
WHEREAS, the parties executed the Agreement for the provision of affordable housing
services utilizing grant funding supplied by the City, and that Agreement was for an initial term
expiring on December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, consistent with Section 2 of the Agreement, the parties desire to extend the
Agreement for one additional year term by execution of an addendum to this Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits accruing, it is agreed by
and between the parties thereto as follows:
A. Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
Duration. This Agreement will commence upon mutual execution of this
Agreement, and will expire on December 31, 2.L21 2440 unless terminated prior
to the expiration date by one of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement.
B. In all other respects, the Agreement between the parties shall remain in full force
and effect, amended as set forth herein, but only as set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment on the day and
year set forth below.
