Port Orchard Football Club Recognition Day�00� a ITV: : 4PlE�aa ru PROCLAMATION WHEREAS: the Port Orchard Football Club was founded in January 2023 and is the first team to use the name "Port Orchard"; and WHEREAS: they were supported by 483 season ticket holders in their first season and averaged 669 fans per match at South Kitsap High School's Ed Fisher Field which is a league record; and WHEREAS: there were over 60 local players at the open tryouts for the team; and WHEREAS: the Port Orchard Football Club won the CPL2 Pacific Division with a 10-0-0 record and regional wins over clubs from Tacoma, Aberdeen, Port Townsend, Centralia, and Olympia; and WHEREAS: the Port Orchard Football Club won a CPL2 semifinal playoff match 5-3 over Bellevue Athletic; and WHEREAS: the Port Orchard Football Club won the CPL2 Championship with a 4-2 win over Nido Aguila Seattle; and WHEREAS: the Port Orchard Football Club had an undefeated season going 12-0-0 and outscoring opponents 68-15 which is a CPL record; and WHERAS: the Port Orchard Football Club earned promotion to the Cascadia Premier League First Division for 2024 where the club will compete at the highest league level against teams from all over the Puget Sound.
