AGREEMENT
The City of Port Orchard does hereby allow the Owner of the Family
Pancake House to install the ccrrmercial sign, as shown in Exhibit A, on City
right-of-way. Exact location on the right-of-way for the sign placement
shall be approved by the City Engineer.
In consideration for this permission the Owner of the Family Pancake
House agrees to the following conditions:
1) The sign shall not adversely affect motorists sight distance.
2) The sign shall be removed at the owner's expense when future
road improvements require it.
3) The owner of the sign shall list the City as an additional
insured for any accidents or claims involving the sign. The
insurance coverage shall be at least $500,000.00 Bodily Injury
and $5007000.00 Property Damage or $1,000,000.00 Combined
Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
