A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, ACCEPTING THE
TODGING TAX ADVISORY COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION FOR 2021 FUNDING
ALLOCATION.
WHEREAS, on September 23,2020, October 2, 2O2O, and October 8, 2O2O, notices were
published notifying the public that the City was accepting proposals for the Hotel/Motel Lodging Tax
funding applications for 2O21.; and
WHEREAS, proposals were due to the City Clerk no later than October L4,2020; which 6
applications were received; and
WHEREAS, on October 26, 2O2O, the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee met and heard
presentations from all applicants; and
WHEREAS, on October 27,2020, the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee met to review the
applications and provide their recommendations to City Council; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIW OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHTNGTON, HEREBY RESOTVES AS
FOLTOWS:
THAT: The City Council accepts the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee's 2O21" lodging tax
recommendations as follows:
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor Pro-Tem and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage is l-Oth day of November 2020.
