A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EMERGENCY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
FROM NORTHCAMP PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, LLC FOR THE FINAL PLAT
KNOWN AS MCCORMICK VILTAGE PARK.
WHEREAS, on January 26, 2O2L, via Resolution No. OO9-2L, the Port Orchard City
Council approved the Final Plat for McCormick Village; and
WHEREAS, prior to the recording of said Final Plat, an offsite Emergency Access and
Utility Easement must be recorded, which requires authorization by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor of the Easement is Northcamp Property lnvestments, LLC, and
the Grantee is the City of Port Orchard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the receipt of the required easement is in the best
interests of the residents of Port Orchard; now, therefore,
THE C|TY COUNCTL OF THE C|TY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHTNGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: lt is the intent of the Port Orchard City Council that the recitals set forth above
are hereby adopted and incorporated as findings in support of the Resolution.
THAT: The Port Orchard City Council accepts and authorizes the Mayor to execute an
Emergency Access and Utility Easement from Northcamp Property lnvestments, LLC for
the Final Plat of McCormick Village.
THAT: This Resolution shall take full force and effect upon passage and signatures
hereon.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th day of February 2021".
