029-19 - Resolution - Approving the Purchase of Vehicles for the Equipment Rental Revolving FundRESOLUTTON NO. 029-19 A RESOLUT ON OF THE C TY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASH NGTON, APPROVTNG THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLES FOR THE EQUIPMENT RENTAT REVOLVING FUND WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Ordinance No.036-18, approving the 2OL9-2O20 Biennial Budget; and WHEREAS, the 2079-2020 Biennial Budget includes 5L,225,000 for capital purchases of vehicles for the Equipment Rental and Revolving fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved procurement policies which require City Council authorization for purchasing items costing SSS,0OO or more; and WHEREAS, the attached purchase orders are for vehicles that exceed the S35,OO0 authorization limit; and WHEREAS, the purchase orders are for vehicles that meet the fleet standards as adopted by the City Council and are consistent with the 2O79-2O2O Biennial Budget; now, therefore, THE CIW COUNC L OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASH NGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: THAT: The City Council approves the purchase of all vehicles listed in the purchase orders attached hereto in Exhibit A.
