A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION THEREOF
WHEREAS, certain personal property owned by the City of Port Orchard has
become surplus to the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to dispose of said property in a manner that reflects
the best interest of the City; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
THAT: The property described below is declared as surplus to the needs of the
City. Staff is instructed to dispose of the item in a manner that reflects the best
interest of the City.
1) 2001 Chevrolet Blazer, VIN 1GNCT18W31K214187
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor,
and ATTESTED by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 23rd day of
February, 2016.
