Committee Minutes
Monday, November 30, 2020; 3:30 p.m.
Members present via remote access: Chair Lucarelli and City staff Floyd. Guests present via remote
access: Sharron King, Fathoms O’ Fun; Rita, a Port Orchard citizen, Sandy Jennings, Soroptimist; Loretta
Fritz, Peak Performance Timing, LLC; and Kathy Garcia, Port of Bremerton.
Continued: 2020 Event Discussion
This meeting was a brief overview of the upcoming events.
The committee discussed downtown lights, planters and trees, power connections, updating tree
information for next year to be more clear on what is needed from sponsors, holiday photos,
advertising, chimes music to be played, Rocks of Cheer, and Fathoms O’ Fun Royalty Court photos.
There being no further business, Chair Lucarelli adjourned the meeting at 3:44 p.m. Audio/Visual
recording was successful.
